This week we have been learning some French colours. We went on a ‘rouge’ (red) and ‘vert’ (green) hunt around the school and took photos on the iPad. Have a look in our floor book in the nursery cloakroom.

In gym we have been playing tig. Good listening skills and being able to follow the rules of a game have been necessary and many children have been able to do this successfully!

We have also started reading about what plants need to grow. We have a Garden Exploration tuft tray where we are exploring how plants grow by using our imagination. We hope to start doing some planting outside soon. We are also looking at insects and have started talking about life cycles. The nursery is awaiting a delivery of caterpillars…. 😀
